Pituitary MRI educational series: An unusual case of hyperprolactinemia

In this video of an MRI Dr. Blevins illustrates an unusual case of hyperprolactinemia.  This is also a great opportunity to learn about MRI views as he describes some of the anatomies. The basic orientation terms for an MRI are from the side the sagittal plane; from the front, the coronal plane; and from the top down, would be a transverse plane.
